Corrections policy

Hormonal Health Portalpublishes editorial reviews of women's hormonal-health telehealth providers. Pricing changes, providers expand into new states, regulatory guidance evolves, and sometimes we get a detail wrong. When that happens, we want to know — and we want to fix it visibly, not silently.

How to report an error

Email us at editorial@hormonalhealthportal.com with:

• The URL of the page
• The quoted text or figure you believe is wrong
• What you believe the accurate information is
• A source link, if you have one

What we commit to

For verified errors, we commit to:

• Substantive errors: corrected and republished within 48 hoursof verification. A dated correction note is added to the page (we don't silently edit).
• Pricing drift: verified and updated within 7 daysof report. If we can't verify within that window, we flag the pricing block as "under review" until we can.
• Typos and non-material errors: fixed during the next editorial pass for that page (typically weekly).

What gets a public correction note

Any factual change that could materially affect a reader's decision — pricing, clinical claims, provider availability by state, scoring changes, insurance acceptance — gets a dated correction note at the bottom of the page. Cosmetic and grammatical fixes do not.

Disagreements about editorial judgments

If a telehealth provider disagrees with our rating or our editorial conclusions, we'll read every submission. Our rating reflects our independent editorial assessment using the criteria documented on our methodologypage, and we don't adjust ratings in exchange for affiliate payments. If a provider provides new information that meaningfully changes our analysis, we re-rate publicly with a noted update.

Independence

We do not accept payment for favorable rankings, and affiliate relationships are disclosed per page. See our editorial guidelines for the full standards we hold our content to.
